Do you dare to ride the waves of change?

Do you dare to see the world is changing? Do you have the guts to really look around and see what is happening? Are you sensitive enough to feel the energy of change hanging in the air?

Of course, when you look with a certain eye, you only see trouble, violence and dark things. But when you look beyond the chaos that builds before a revolution, you can smell the change in the air, you can feel the energy of change rising, you can see what is coming. Are you willing to ride the wave of change?

You can see it clearly in the kids under 30. A lot of them are ‘different’ and the group is growing fast. They know what it is they want, more then ever before. You can not bring them to take on the old ways. They do not adjust in school. They stand up for themselves more and more. They perform on ‘The Voice Kids’ to teach bullies a lesson about how wrong they are. They speak openly on tv about their talents as healers, readers and other paranormal stuff. They know there is more to this world, that it is a part of a universe and it is not a ‘stand alone’. They are not afraid of ‘others’ floating around in the universe, they remember were they came from. You can see it every were, and in so much children, if you dare to look.

They are not the difficult ones. We are. We are the generations, 30 and up, that are stuck in old patterns of thinking, old habits, old scenario’s. Stuck in the fear we are taught in our youth or brought with us when we came to this earth. We don’t like change and yet the world has changed more then ever before while we were living. We are afraid. So afraid of the new. So afraid of uncertainty. So afraid of the unknown. We hate the old ways at the same time, we don’t want the ways the generations before us did it, but we are afraid of letting them go either.

We don’t give the enormous amount of change we went through the past 150 years a lot of attention. We act as if that is a normal thing. But it isn’t. It really isn’t if you dare to look at it closely.
We watched birds fly for thousands of years, and could not figure out how to do it as humans. Now, in a timespan of 100 years, we went from the first try, to thousands of people up in the air every day. And we never wonder how that happened. The invention of the computer and all that is behind it, is another example of an unexplainable jump in development. What is the force behind that? How come we could not figure that out for millennia and all of a sudden we can? We have the arrogance to claim the progress as ‘ours’, but how do we know that for sure?
We went from ‘teaching’ in real life for thousands of years, to ‘drilling’ in schools about a hundred years ago and pretend that this is the only way it should be done. We were the brave and obedient children who did not dare to protest. The new generations are throwing in our face it is not working for them, they want to discover, have freedom in their learning, not want to fight against what they are not good at, but thrive at their talents. We are the ones that stay stuck in old ways of thinking. We can not let go of ideas forced upon us by past generations. Afraid of the change letting go of them would ask of us.

Are you an entrepreneur who dares to see the world is changing and that your business has no other chance of survival then to change with it? Can you feel that things have to be different now, more then any time before? And that you are the catalyst? The change starts with you. If you want to keep up with the new generations, you have to take on the challenge and start looking inside. The new children will see right trough you if you don’t find your own inner power, your strengths and weaknesses. If you don’t take off all the masks you put on to fit in. If you don’t discover who the real you is, you hide deep inside of yourself. They will know you better then you know yourself, before the first year they work for you is over.

Don’t be afraid of yourself. Don’t be afraid of change. Change will happen, even if you fight it. You can slow your own progression down, but not the progression of the earth and the universe we live in. Don’t stay behind. A whole new, beautiful, compassionate and loving world will open up to you if you dare to look inside and ride the waves of change….

Do you dare to face your fears?

Do you? Are you aware of how much your fears limit you? Even though on the outside it looks as if you are in control, the inside knows better. We are brought up in a way that we all have fears, it is a collective energy. We are afraid to be who we really are, afraid of what others might think, to really stand out. We all have fears, lots of them, and we are here to change them. To find our strength, to stand with confidence. We have learned that life is about a career, materials things, wealth. But it isn’t. It is about you. At the end of the line, when you take your last breath, it was all about you, and who you were, how much you have grown.

The only one who can get you out of the limitations of fear is you. No one else can make you do it. If you want to face your fears you have to be open to change. You have to change. And that is frightening for most people. Cause who is left, what is left, if you take out the programming? Who are you really? Who are you when your heart is leading and not your head?

What do we learn? You can not change someone else if he or she does not want to. If the ‘other’ does not have room for change within himself, you can talk, and talk, and talk. You can have all the right reasons lined up, but if there is no room for change, things stay the same. That’s the right part, okay. But most of the time when you can’t change the other person you give up and go on the same way too. I can’t change him or her or the world so why bother?

So if you want to change the world around you, you are dependent of if the other wants to change? We think we do. We are told it works that way. But it doesn’t. The truth is a different one. If you change, the world around you starts to change with you. It really does. You lead the way. Your way. In your world.

And that scares the hell out of most people….

Everyone who had the guts to face his fears and returned to being his true self, will confirm it: when you change, the world around you changes with you. It will be worth it. People will react differently because you react differently. Mostly for the better. Sometimes not. And most of the time that is because they (unconsciously) dislike that you dared to change, while they are too scared to do so.

What is there to gain from change and becoming the real you? You will Love yourself, and other people will Love you for it. They know who to Love, because they know who you are.
What do you do, when you feel someone is wearing masks or putting up a front? You keep your distance, you are careful in connecting. So with being ‘someone else’ then who you really are, you will push people away instead of making the connection you want so bad.

Dare to go the road to your heart, find the real you, the one you were as a kid without the influences from the outside world. But now the adult version. Do it. For you. For no one else. Just for you. And we will Love you for it. You will never be alone.
